There is a base price per location which includes firewall, switches, Wi-Fi with guest network, and video surveillance system. Additional supported devices (e.g., POS, workstation, network printer) counts as one unit. We perform a site inventory to create a custom plan. Directly attached printers are covered by the device they're attached to.

FlexSite is focused on infrastructure, not productivity tools. M365 is not included, but can be added if required.

Yes. Each location is allocated up to two on-site service calls, up to 4 hours each. Additional hours are billed separately as needed at a discounted rate.
